Bulgaria, where I attended between 2007 and 2009 in a institutionnel twinning European Commission between ENA DATAR and the Chancelery of the Government of Lithuania on the one hand and the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria on the other hand.
Poland, where I was pre-accession adviser from 2002 to 2004 for the establishment of management systems Strutural European Funds, then an extension of this mission, an expert with the Ministry of Finance of Poland
Serbia, where I was an adviser to Government, Mr Parivodic, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, and where I was responsible for helping to set up systems for management of pre-accession to the European Union .
Romania, where I prepared a cooperation project for DATAR.
Russia, where I worked on a program of cooperation in Samara.
Tajikistan, where I participated in a program from the European Commission for the food security program.
