Let me begin by offering my best wishes for 2010.
I suggest you take note of my activities and to exchange ideas and knowledge.
The tab "My professional activities" provides access to information on my current responsibilities at DATAR where I am an adviser for international affairs. You will also find, for all practical purposes, my resume and my references.
By clicking "IDEFIE" you will find a brief presentation of the Initiative for Development of French expertise in International and Europe, which I created with Jean-Francois Devémy and Nicolas Tenzer . (The website IDEFIE is currently under construction, it is not publicly available).
The pages "Music" show my recent concerts, the music school of Noyon, which I was manager in 1984 and 1985, and the piano competition "Milosz Magin" that allows every two years to meet pianists of all levels, amateurs and professionals around the Polish and French music.
I also wanted to devote pages to individuals who have greatly influenced, but are now sadly missing: Charles Eloffe, my first piano teacher, Antoine Tisné, composer, and Milosz Magin, Polish pianist and composer . Many others have their place and I will continue to work.
"My Network" you will find links to websites built by some of my friends. This list is still very limited and I would like to complete as quickly as possible.
I present myself to the tab "Biography" where you will find a summary of my itinerary and a portrait done by a journalist.
To me, a website takes its interest from the moment he raises trade and therefore I urge you to go to "Contact Me" so leave me your feedback and suggestions. Many users have contacted me and helped me and making me out that I did not mention any particular person, or that such an event was overlooked, or conversely, that such section did not exhibit not an essential interest. I have taken into account is what allows me to present this version now completely renewed.
I opened a few pages in English and Russian, I'll continue the translation and preparation of pages in other languages. (Please apologize because all the pages are not yet translated)

Saturday 7th November a played for a concert with the pianist Jean-Pierre Salmona and the violonist Winston Maxwell, at Bourg-la Reine, (close to Paris). This concert was organised for the 15th birthday of the association "Ile de France in Varsovie" Load the presentation Load the programme _____________________ On the 20th of September, I played for a concert in the church of Courlon (Yonne, Burgundy).
